Submitting an estimate request does not create an order, reservation, or agreement. Any estimate or quote we provide is for information only and is not binding until both parties agree in writing. Availability, pricing, and terms are confirmed only in that written agreement.
Sales, rentals & repairs
Each sale, rental, or repair is governed by the written agreement, invoice, or rental terms we provide for that transaction. Those documents control if they differ from anything on this website. Repair findings and timing depend on the condition of the equipment once we inspect it.
Safe use of equipment
Customers are responsible for operating equipment safely and lawfully, including using properly trained operators, following the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety rules, using suitable air supply and personal protective equipment, and contacting New Mexico 811 to locate underground utilities before digging or boring. Job-site conditions, soil, and bore planning are the customer’s responsibility.
